Celia was responsive and so helpful with answering all my questions and requests on design. Her work is stunning. There is a bit of a smell as mentioned but if you use the Lysol Air every few days it goes away. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

The product is beautifully crafted, and my mom was impressed with the quality of the piece and said even the way it was packed was special. She did mention a slight odor coming from it, but that was addressed in the care instructions, and after following them, everything was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Frequently asked questions
Can I place this outside?
No. Keep out of direct sunlight (porch, deck, etc.) as moss will fade. Bright lit areas, added accent lighting, and dark spaces are best for preserved moss art pieces.
Do I have to water this in any way?
No need to add water or spray with water. All mosses in the art are preserved and will thrive with no maintenance.
Can I add this to a bathroom?
Yes. Preserved moss maintains its beauty in 30% humidity minimum. If placing in a bathroom with a shower, leave the door open after showering so the air quality is mixed and not at 100% for a long duration of time.
Something fell off! Now what?
If something came loose in transit, send me a picture of the fallen pieces and I will ship a care package to you within two business days.

I really love and want a super large piece but I am nervous it will be damaged during shipping. Yikes!
Don’t worry! Leave the packaging to us. ALL moss art pieces are well packaged to ensure no shifting while in the box. Nothing will move or get damaged. If there is damaged caused by the carrier, all WhiteHaus Living are insured up to the full purchase amount, which includes what you paid for shipping. Extra large panels will be shipped freight and is fully insured as well.
How do I clean my moss art?
Every six months or once a year, use a can of compressed air and spray about 12 inches from your art work to get dust off.
The scent of the moss is too earthy. Is there is a way to mask the scent?
Earthy scents are not for everything and that’s ok 😊. Febreze Air or Lysol neutra-air 2in1 mist spray is a great option to use on moss art. Lightly mist on the green areas, avoiding the leaves (or flowers) as much as possible to prevent water marks. Do not soak the artwork. These sprays can be found in Walgreens and Walmart. Whitehaus Living is not responsible for allergic reactions to natural elements such as moss and refunds will not be given.
I gifted the art and the recipient doesn’t like it. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all moss art pieces are considered “custom” because it was handmade just for you💕. Hours of labor and materials were spent on your order, with any preferences honored during the creation process. Refunds are not given based off of preference post purchase. We suggest regifting. 😊💕
